Dear Advertiser:
It is that time once again to start planning for The Madison County Fair and Rodeo. Festivities will run from August 10th through August 14th. We are starting to produce our Fair Book, and are hoping that you will want to advertise in it. We give out approximately 2000 books before Fair. Ad prices are as follows:
1/8 page - $50 (Business Card)
1/4 page - $75
1/2 page - $150
Full page - $300
Make sure to indicate your ad size on the Fairbook Advertiser form and sign it. Send it back to this office with your payment.
Please send your ad copy in by May 15th. You may email me your ad.
Signed forms and full payment must be received by May 15. Payment must be included with your form in order for your ad to run in Fair Book. Payment can be mailed directly to the Madison county Fair Office at the above address.
Our Fair Theme this year is “Traditions We Treasure”.
