Dear Exhibitor/Vendor:
Enclosed are the Booth Exhibitor/Food Vendor Space Agreement/Release of Liability , 2011 Fee Rates, and the Madison County Fair Rules & Regulations. Please sign the Release of Liability Agreement and return with a copy of Liability Insurance and check for the rental space fee, including the electric charges (if any). Please enclose a separate deposit check. Make checks payable to Madison County Fair and send to POBox 414, Twin Bridges, MT 59754.
To reserve your space, please return your contract ASAP. All remaining spaces will be assigned on a first contract in, first served basis. If you have any questions contact the Fair Office at (406) 684-5824.
